About 37 percent of YellowPages.com users make an online contact
Consistent with other research data, the majority of local search users either contacted a
local merchant or paid a visit to that local business' actual physical store or location.
However, about 37 percent did make an online contact, emailed or visited the respective
Web site.

Google doesn’t like to use the word “Office” at all...
As a matter of fact, Google doesn’t even like to use the word “Office”. But clearly Google
intends to keep listening closely to its users and launching the new products that they need.
If their recent changes at Google Reader are any indication of their tenacity, Google’s Office
offerings will keep getting better over time.

Mobile users' search needs are more immediate than the Internet community
Add to that the fact that average users' needs are typically more immediate than the online community.
While the number of users conducting searches in a mobile environment is currently a very small
fraction of what it is on the Internet, mobile search will still be a significant channel in the next
several years as the user experience drastically improves.

Google and YouTube have approved the buyout transaction
The number of Google shares to be issued in the transaction will be determined based on the
30-day average closing price two trading days prior to the completion of the acquisition. Both
companies have approved the transaction, which is subject to customary closing conditions and is
expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2006.
